We collect personal identification data, financial qualification data, compliance data (KYC/AML), and technical data. All collection is minimised to what is strictly necessary.

All personal data is stored and processed exclusively within Swiss jurisdiction on Exoscale CH-GVA-2 infrastructure in Geneva. No data is transferred outside Switzerland without explicit consent.
5. Your Rights

6. Third Parties
We share data only with Swiss-regulated banking institutions (with consent), compliance providers for KYC/AML, and Swiss-hosted infrastructure. We never sell personal data.
