1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the IBRIDGE platform, you agree to these Terms. IBRIDGE SA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice.
2. Description of Services
IBRIDGE SA provides technology-enabled matchmaking connecting qualified GCC investors with Swiss private banking institutions. We are not a bank or financial intermediary and do not handle client funds.
3. Eligibility
Access is by invitation only. Users must be 18+, provide accurate documentation, and pass KYC/AML screening. IBRIDGE SA may decline or revoke access at any time.
4. User Obligations
Users agree to provide accurate information, maintain credential confidentiality, comply with applicable laws, and report security breaches immediately.
5. Disclaimer
IBRIDGE SA does not guarantee outcomes from introductions. Investment decisions are between the investor and receiving institution.
6. Limitation of Liability
IBRIDGE SA's total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
Governed by Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
